Our newly decorated one bedroom, one bath condo accommodates up to four guests with a new queen size sofa sleeper, fantastic on-site amenities, and 650' of private beach. The fitness center has a steam room and sauna, with various workout classes offered (nominal fee for guest.) We have tennis courts, 5 pools (large beachside outdoor pools and indoor heated pools, walk-in pool with waterfall, and a baby pool), hot tubs, movie theater with stadium seating, Majestic Market/deli with Starbucks and pastries, and the H2O Bar & Grill at the indoor/outdoor pool with gulf front seating for lunch and dinner. We are blessed to offer our home to you for your vacation. So let me tell you about it... Our condo is located on the 10th floor (xxxx) of Tower 1 near the elevator, and on the beach facing the beautiful emerald waters and sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, new queen-size sofa sleeper, a matching loveseat and a wall of floor to ceiling windows with large sliding door access to the 18' wide private balcony. Our one bedroom, one bath unit (with bathroom access from the master and hallway), features a new king-size bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player for your enjoyment. The tiled bath offers a shower/jetted tub combination, large sink vanity and lots of storage. The large updated, glass-tiled kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with blender, coffeemaker, toaster, pots & pans, and even a stockpot for doing shrimp or crab boils. Dining in? There's a dining area for sit-down meals, an expansive bar for grabbing something quick, or you can enjoy the sunset while dining on the 18' long private balcony. We provide 2 beach loungers and umbrella for your use.
