Located on the prestigious stretch of beaches known as 30A, the house promotes outdoor activities with plenty of deck and patio space. The private gated community makes the area family-friendly and quiet. Guests will be greeted to the house by a private pool with a grill area located just off of it. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is also a large screened in porch with a small dining area that overlooks the pool and the front of the property. The first floor of the property boasts a top-of-the line kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Subzero fridge, an icemaker, and a cooled drink drawer. The formal dining area has seating for eight. The living room has a Sony flat screen TV, a DVD player, and private porch access. Also located on the first floor is a King suite complete with a flat screen TV. A Jack-and-Jill style bath with a shower/tub combo rounds off the first floor. The second floor provides sleeping arrangements to sleep nine. An additional entertainment space with a Sony flat screen TV and two private sun decks is located at the top of the stairs. The Master suite is complete with a King bed, a walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and a private Master bath. The Master bath has dual sinks, a jeted tub, and a rain shower. The bunk room on the second floor provides sleeping for five on a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The bunk room also has a flat screen TV. The second floor Queen suite has a flat screen TV and a private bath. A Jack-and-Jill style full bath with a private water closet and a rain shower is also located on the second floor. The third floor provides a card table and panoramic views that allow guests to take in the Gulf and 30A area. The carriage house provides additional sleeping accommodations in the comforts of a separate loft. The common area of the carriage house has a Flat screen TV and a small dining area. The kitchenette located just off the living area has a microwave and a fridge. The Carriage house also has a Queen suite with a private bath that has a shower.
