The unit has new furnitures, entertainment systems, linens and kitchen equipments. Beach-Front condo, We have sturdy yet lightweight beach chairs and upbrella in our condo that can be taken right to the beach. You can relax and enjoy the warm waters right on the beach; unlike other guests using beach service which is too far from the water. Setup your beach chairs and umbrella and enjoy the unobstructed view! 55" HDTV and BlueRay DVD player in the living room. All stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, new furnitures, linens, bed, mattresses! Very comfortable. Great, memorable views from the balcony. Crystal clear, warm blue water! Great restaurant (local favorite) right next to the complex! This is a gem! We have installed a KABA keyless locking system. With this locking system, you will save time on your by going to our condo straight from the secure parking lot within the complex. Your code is e-mailed or texted to you well in advance of your arrival! The unit is on the 19th floor and the views are absolutely stunning! We chose that because you will not hear the sounds of the people in the pool area nor the music coming from nearby restaurant. But you will hear the soothing sound of waves, which is music to our ears! The four elevators in this building are fast, clean and roomy. You will not wait for an elevator, even during the busy Summer months. The four digit code you will receive as our guests enables you to enter secure parking decks, and Seychelles building from the main entrance on the first floor. Also, the same code allows you to come in off the beach into the pool area. Very convenient and time saving feature! The Seychelles unit is close to the St. Andrews State Park on the eastern side of Panama City Beach. We chose this complex because it is much quieter than the condos located in the middle and west of Panama City Beach. Seychelles is about 20 minutes from the airport. The complex is in the center of every conceivable attractions including: Dolphin rides, Jet Ski rentals, Para-sailing, Top restaurants, Schooner''s Restaurant next door, Pier Park, Putt putt, Water parks, Moped rental places, Go-cart tracks, Shopping, and Golf courses just to name a few. The condo comes with all of necessary household appliances, cooking tools, towels, soaps for your hands, dishes, cups, coffee maker, blender for cold drinks, and dish washer. New Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets are conveniently located less than a mile from the condo, on Thomas Drive. We have beach toys, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach stuff == so you don''t have to buy anything! There are many restaurants and shops very close by that are the best on the coast per local restaurant magazines. First, Andy''s Flour Power for breakfast is to your right and across the bridge on Thomas Drive. This place is ranked number one for breakfast. Next door is Schooners Restaurant and bar. It is wonderful for seaside food and drinks. They also have live entertainment in the evenings which is excellent. For oysters and seafood delicacies, try the local favorite called Dusty''s. It is awesome, and I would recommend the seafood broiled oysters, or scallops.
