Job Description
TruAssets LLC is a full property preservation company located in Columbus, Ohio. We are seeking Property Preservation Subcontractors and Handyman/Lawn Maintenance contractors in Calhoun county.
Independent contractors will be responsible for performing Initial services, ongoing maintenance and repairs including but not limited to:
• Grass Cuts/Snow Removal
• Lock Changes
• Winterizations
• Debris Removal/Trash Outs
• Construction Repairs
• Light Cleaning
Subcontractors must have their own vehicle, computer, printer, & smart phone to take pictures. You also need your own tools, locks, lawn mower, generator, plow, and any other tools needed to completed work orders. Must be able to pass a background check & carry your own general liability insurance
