Ford is a Catahoula/Blue Tick Hound mix who we believe to be about 2 years old. He was previously owned by a hog hunter who intended to shoot him because he was not a good hunter. HIs neighbor intervened and brought him to the HSBC. Ford is extremely shy and has just begun to trust people. He is getting more confident every day as he learns that people aren't a bad thing. He is happy running around in the play yard and shows signs of being very intelligent. He is good with other dogs and would make the right person a fun and faithful friend.
Dog adoption fee is $100 and our puppy adoption fee is $125. ? At least first set of shots. ? De-wormed. ? Flea treatment and heartworm preventative. ? Micro chipped with a 24petwatch microchip. ? Rabies vaccine if over 12 weeks of age. ? Spayed/neutered at age/weight requirement. ? Heartworm tested if at age of 6 months and older. Please come down and see us at our adoption center.
